Refund policy

At RuRu’s Cozy Days, we create our pieces with love and care, hoping they become part of your most peaceful moments at home. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay. If your cozy piece isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make things easy for you.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you smoothly.

Return Conditions

To ensure all our cozy pieces stay fresh and ready for their next home:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

  • Items must include any original accessories or gifts.

If these conditions aren’t met, we may not be able to accept the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and carefully check your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s done.

Return Shipping Costs

  • To make your first cozy experience worry-free, we offer free return shipping on your first return or exchange.

  • For any additional returns or exchanges, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your order arrived faulty or incorrect, we will always cover the return shipping cost.
